This scholarship is open for SPM or equivalent graduates applying for pre-university courses including Foundation leading to Degree, Diploma, A-Level and Australian Matriculation.
The main aim of the Star Education Fund Scholarship is to give money to students who are strongly dedicated to community service, leadership potential, and academic performance.

Star Education Fund Scholarship requirements
- Must be a Malaysian citizens.
- The age of applicants is not more than 25 years (except Master’s courses).
- Actively take part in extra-curricular activities.
- Applicants are not bound by or receiving any grants or financial assistance from any organizations or educational institutions.
- To be eligible to apply for Foundation / Diploma courses must have reasonably good results in SPM / UEC or equivalent.
- To be eligible to apply for Degree courses, you must have reasonably good results in STPM / UEC or equivalent.
- To be eligible to apply for Master’s courses must have reasonably good results in a bachelor’s degree.
