Kuok Foundation Scholarship 2024 in Malaysia
Kuok Foundation Scholarship 2024 is open for Malaysian students to study for an Undergraduate degree program. Students who are active in school and demonstrate good academic qualifications are eligible to apply for the Kuok Foundation Undergraduate Award.
The Kuok family established the non-profit, philanthropic Kuok Foundation on June 1, 1970, under the Malaysian Companies Act 1965. It is a corporation limited by guarantee without share capital.
Field of Study
Any study discipline will be studied, but preference will be given to Science-based courses.

Students who are applying for or currently pursuing a first degree full-time and on-campus at any of the following Malaysian private universities are eligible to receive loan-grant awards from Kuok Foundation Berhad.

Kuok Foundation Scholarship Requirements
- Kuok Foundation Undergraduate Awards is open to Malaysian Students only.
- Students must be active in school and demonstrate good academic qualifications.
- This scholarship is only for needy students.
- Applications are only accepted from current or aspiring undergraduate students who are enrolled in full-time bachelor’s degree programs.
- Students enrolled in foundational courses, twinning programs, diploma programs, off-campus courses, and matriculation are not eligible to apply.
- Study courses must be undertaken in Malaysia at one of the chosen universities indicated on the General Information page and be finished with MQA accreditation.
Required Documents
Applicants must prepare copies of the following required documents;
- Identity card and birth certificate
- University / College (Actual / Forecast)*
- School testimonials and school leaving certificates
- University / College acceptance letter (as soon as available)
- SPM / SPVM / ‘O’ level / UEC results or equivalent (Actual / Forecast)*
- STPM / ‘A’ level / Matriculation / Foundation or equivalent (Actual / Forecast) & MUET results*

How to Apply!
The application process is online for the Kuok Foundation Award. Applicants must follow the below-given steps to apply for a scholarship;
Step 1: Submission of Online Application Forms
- You should apply and submit online at apply.kuokfoundation.org
- Closing date: Please check the website.
- Late applications will not be considered.
Step 2: Submission of Printed Application Forms
- After the online application has been submitted, the printed copy of the application forms and any supporting documentation must be sent by courier or hand to the Foundation’s office.
- Closing date: Please refer to the website.
The foundation will only contact those applicants for interviews who will be shortlisted. For the Foundation to contact applicants for an interview, should they be shortlisted, it is important that they provide their email address and phone number.
